Will dental work damage my lip lift? Will having my mouth so stretched open, for so long, do anything harmful to my lip lift?

I had a lip lift 6 months ago which has healed well. Sometimes its still a little tender and pink, after sneezing a lot, from allergies. I need to have a molar, second from last tooth, on my lower jaw either filled or crowned. Will having my mouth so stretched open, for so long, do anything harmful to my lip lift? Thanks
