What treatment is best to treat purple facial veins under eyes?

treatment of blue veins under the eyelids can be tricky.  You need to find a physician with extensive experience doing this procedure.  There is always a risk of injury to the eyes and you want to make sure that this risk is minimized.  Long pulsed 1064 nm laser is a better choice than IPL for this particular treatment but it must be performed by someone with a great deal of experience.

Hello, I do not recommend IPL for the treatment of veins under eyes. Like others have stated below, it is important to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for laser treatment. Best of luck to you.

I love IPL/BBL devices but are usually not great for blue veins under the eyes. I treat a lot of under eye veins and use the Sciton Nd:YAG 1064 laser. You need an experienced doc for these veins as around the eyes you need to be very very careful to avoid eye injury
