Is a GSD IPL machine a good machine for treating brown spots and redness on the face?

I often see questions posted on Real Self just like this- wondering if a specific laser is good. Lasers and IPL are just tools. Some of them work a little bit better, some a little bit worse. The important thing to focus on is the expertise of the individual using the tool. IPL is a great tool, when used properly. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon or dermatologist in your area who does a high volume of laser procedures, and has experience treating your specific concerns.Best of luck to you!

There are better devices than IPL at this time. I suggest you see a laser expert who can address your needs and come up with a combination approach to also give you long term antiaging improvements that IPL just cannot do.  Best, Dr. Emer.
