Worsening scar after TCA CROSS - how can I get rid of it? (photos)

Hello Doctors, I had a TCA cross procedure 11 weeks ago. Previously, the scars were ice pick scars & big pores (unfortunately I didn't have the photo). After the TCA cross, the scar is getting worse, becoming deeper and wider. Could you please recommend any treatment to get rid of the post-TCA cross scar in the nose? My skin type is Fitzpatrick 4 (chinese), woman, 28 yo. Thank you in advance
