Acne did not improve after Epiduo after 6 months. What now? (photos)

I did 2courses of accutane (when I was 20, then 23) after trying every prescription pill in the market and now my skin is staring to relapse once again. My GP prescribed Epiduo before giving a referral to the Derm just to see if it works but apparently my skin looked worse. Dried flaky skin with more spots than before. I just dont know what to do anymore.

The medication, in theory, will take approximately 3-5 days to clear your system but some side effects may persist a bit longer.  Symptoms of swollen eyes, burning throat and burning ears are unusual and may be a signal of a more severe reaction or symptoms of a coincidental illness....
