7 delayed onset nodules getting worse after Ellanse filler in cheeks 18 months ago. I'm so worried. Advice?

Thanks for sharing your story. Im sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. Without a face to face assessment it is difficult to give an accurate opinion as to what is happening. 
However, lumps appearing 18 months post treatment are 1) perhaps not caused by the treatment, but rather represent an unrelated dermatological condition or 2) if caused by the treatment are unlikely to resolve without intervention. These could represent delayed onset nodules (although unlikely so long post treatment), foreign body reactions (granuloma), or one of a multitude of dermatological conditions unrelated to threads or filler. 
I would suggest you getting an opinion from another doctor experienced in filler and thread lifts.
