Do any doctors offer a 'guarantee' of sorts in relation to specific outcomes notwithstanding things that are outside the doctors control Eg; putting in the wrong implant, making the pockets too big/small, putting in the implants upside down etc. I would be interested in responses from Australian doctors as we have different legislation I've heard of so many horror stories of surgeons refusing to correct their mistakes and this is a big factor in putting this surgery off. 500cc is a big breast implant, even in someone your height. It is definitely going to give you a larger breast than your wish photos. I would go with the 450cc or possibly even a little smaller. Good luck!
I can see that your implants are sitting very fractionally low, but it is extremely subtle and I would say, given your pre-op photos, that you still have a pretty good result. Repositioning polyurethane coated implants is far from straightforward and my personal advice would be to leave things...
