I am seeing more and more evidence of people with destroyed skin after micro needling, while others report it to be wonderful. Why is this? have seen many cases with pictures of people who had great skin but after 2 micro needling treatments they have sagging skin and have aged about 20 years. Months later there is still no healing. This makes me incredibly cautious.. Is Infini RF any safer?

Answer: Microneedling Micro needling is a very safe and effective treatment if it is performed by an qualified practitioner. I also believe it is important on the type of micro needling device used. I prefer the skin pen device but there are other good devices as well. I do not have experience with Infini, but it would not be more safe than micro needling by itself. I hope this helps.

Answer: Microneedling + PRP Microneedling is very safe and effective when performed by an experienced provider. Inifini RF is microneedling coupled with radiofrequency to give you further tightening and smoothening benefits. When PRP or platelet-rich plasma is added to microneedling or radiofrequency microneedling, results are further enhanced and healing occurs faster. Consult with an experienced and board-certified cosmetic dermatologist.
