If used appropriately, Microneedling is a safe treatment. Infini is a popular treatment, but I prefer Intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. I always combine microneedling with prp and lasers to get the best results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

MIcroneedling is very safe and have not had any patients who have not noticed an improvement to the texture of their skin.  That said, it should be done in the correct hands to get the best results.  Micro needling ranges in depth of penetration but no deeper than 2-2.5mm which gets great results without having to penetrate too deep into the skin.  I have not had any experience with infini RF but it too does utilize micro needles with radio frequency, if your reservations are with micro needles then this may not be the answer for you.

Micro needling is a very safe and effective treatment if it is performed by an qualified practitioner.  I also believe it is important on the type of micro needling device used.  I prefer the skin pen device but there are other good devices as well.  I do not have experience with Infini, but it would not be more safe than micro needling by itself.  I hope this helps.
