Why do I have pain and pressure to the adjacent teeth of my new crown/implant?

I had a crown placed into implant to the very last tooth, bottom left. Dentist was unable to get screw to thread and had to get the perio. He used twice the force to thread it. Then she tried to tighten it and said it kept “spinning” and had to get the perio again. Three days later i have pain and pressure to the teeth preceding it. I can’t chew on that side now. All those teeth hurt to floss, breaks at crown bc too tight. Kills on 4th from back, a lot of pressure and pain. Avid flosser.
