Use of filler with formaldehyde allergy?

What filler would you recommend for someone allergic to formaldehyde, fragrance and something of Peru- sorry can think of the first word.

your question joan1986. I understand your concern. Fillers are used to
restore lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face. Allergic reactions with fillers are very rare. A test can be done using a small amount of filler on the forearm before having an entire syringe placed in the face. Please

Thank you for your question.  Allergies to most FDA-approved fillers are exceptionally rare, and there should be no cross-reactivity with formaldehyde, fragrance mixes, or balsam of Peru.  I would recommend discussing your history of allergies with your cosmetic dermatologist prior to any filler injections - if you are particularly concerned, your dermatologist may be able to do skin allergy testing with a small amount of filler prior to your treatment.  Best of luck!
