Had a reduction 6 years ago now left with a uniboob? Cant get cleavage no matter what I do? A Dr told me that it was because the skin was pulled away from the breast/chest area from being so big before my reduction??? Is there any way to fix this problem? Thought about implants but dont want to make it worse? I went from a very saggy DD to a small C.

This can be a challening problem to fix after breast reduction surgery - there are several reasons why it happens, but no easy fix. Seek out a surgeon with a lot of breast revision experience in your area for an expert opinion.

Hello,

	It sounds like you do not have enough volume in the cleavage area of your breasts.  This can be a difficult problem in general but it would seem fruitless to try and correct this with a breast reduction revision (re-arranging tissue you currently have).  I suspect you would need an implant in this area or fat grafting to add volume.  If you have excess breast laxity, a revision of your breast reduction may help by pushing the lower breast volume higher but this will not last on its own in the long term.

Without an exam, it is difficult to assess what can be done for you.  Many times an implant can be the solution.
