In your case, in order to avoid complications, I would suggest that you undergo breast reduction first;  hopefully you will be pleased with the outcome of this procedure and not require any further surgery (including the use of breast implants).   Having said that, there are patients  who elect to undergo a second stage breast augmentation procedure to change breast shape and/or achieve more upper pole volume after previous breast reduction surgery.My best advice: select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully, as well. If you are a 34FF then you will get a very good lift with a reduction alone. I would discourage you adding implants as this will enlarge your bust again and make you more prone to breast droop. Having a flat upper breast is a natural breast shape, a rounded upper breast is an artificial appearance and unlikely to last long term. Go natural and use only your own breast tissue.
