Breast reduction bruising or hematoma? (Photo)

It appears as though you have some bruising that is going through the resolution stages (changing colors from dark to yellow, etc.) . It would be helpful to see your breasts side by side, however, because it looks very swollen.  Are you swollen equally on both sides or is the side you are showing us much larger? If it is then it could indicate that you have a hematoma.  It is normal to bruise somewhat whether you have one or not but significant asymmetric swelling could mean you have one.  I recommend visiting your plastic surgeon as soon as you can to rule this out.  

Your photos appear to show some fairly normal bruising coming out.  I would expect that the colours will change over the next week.  What it does seem though, is that your breasts still look very low.  Be sure to continue to follow up with your surgeon until you are happy with your outcome.  All the best
