What ointment can I use on my wounds? 3 weeks post op, my T junctions are not healing like they’re supposed to. (Photos)

I’ve been using bacitracin but the package says to not use it for more than 7 days and today is the 7 day mark. I was going to switch to aquaphor?? Or could i continue using the bacitracin? (I’m allergic to sulfa drugs so i can’t use silvadene) My right t junction is far worst than the left. The right is an actual small tunneled hole, minimal bleeding but defintely bleeding.
