Based on the photo, you are a good candidate for a breast reduction surgery. It would be hard to determine the appropriate size you'd be in without an in-person examination. You have excess tissues that could be removed by surgery and your breasts could be reshaped to improve your body's contour. Schedule an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon of your choice.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast reduction because you have enough tissue to reshape to reduce and lift it. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

You certainly look to be a perfect candidate for breast reduction surgery.  Whilst a surgeon can guarantee a reduction in breast size, it can be difficult to predict the exact cup size.
Certainly with a FNG the surgeon can be more aggressive with the amount of breast tissue he/she can remove as the surgeon will not have to worry about preserving tissue to keep the nipple alive (the pedicle).  Make sure you understand the downside of FNG (inability to breast feed, absent nipple sensation etc).
