Hello,Not all E cigarettes contain nicotine. However, if the brand that you are using does, then it is just as bad as smoking a traditional cigarette. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and can cause many complications with regards to wound healing. I would suggest consulting with your surgical team for specific recommendations on when to stop smoking before surgery.Good luck.
