Without seeing before photos it is hard to comment on choice of procedure you made 3 years ago, and what you mean by dropping. Assuming that your concern is with sagging, a smaller implant will not correct that--but may make things worse, as there will be excess skin. The solution would be smaller implants and a lift, since you are unhappy with the size and weight now. How much to downsize will depend upon an exam and a discussion with your plastic surgeon.
