I'm not sure will ultimate size you want but presuming you do not want a breast augmentation the proper treatment for the constricted breast is a mastopexy with reduction of the areola diameter.

Thank you for your pictures. I think that you would benefit from a breast reduction/left and an areola reduction. This will make your breast smaller but have better shape and it would be closer together. If you desire some increase fullness and implant should be added. You will definitely benefit from a
mastopexy. However, and exam is necessary to answer more complex questions such
as: If an implant is needed. If so, proceed in a 2 stage (likely) or single
stage procedure. Having said that, an experienced board certified plastic
surgeon that performs a lot of breast surgery will create a lifted, pretty
breast with a crisp, small areola. Good luck in your search!

Dear Booby etc,    Thanks for submitting your pictures. From your pictures , you appear to have level 3 ptosis and very large areolas. As much as can be assessed from your pictures , you appear to be  C or full C cup. Your best option is a full lift ( key hole ) unless you want to be larger. In that case small implants 200 - 250 cc can be used with the lift.  Since your areolas are extrar ordinarily large, it will be impossible to reduce it completely in one setting. You will have to accept remnants of the areola or revise it in a later date. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons and check their before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results.    Best of luck,                    Dr Widder

Thanks for your question. It is hard to tell exactly how much breast volume you have without examining you. I think that a lift with an areolar reduction will help you improve your overall shape. Because the areola are so disproportionately large, you might not be able to remove all of the dark colored skin but it can be reduced tremendously. The implant might be necessary to give you a little more volume and upper pole fullness. This can be done at the same time, or you can let the lift part settle and see how it looks later. Thank you for sharing. You have various options. The areola can be reduced as part of a lift or reduction. "Perkiness" may be achieved with a small implant. Another consideration is to do this in 2 stages to allow for skin to settle and to be touched up for optimization. See a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

There are a number of issues to discuss when planning your surgery.1. Your cleavage or breast separation area is determined by your anatomy. You can not push your breasts together surgically without creating a major problem known as symmastia. 2. You would benefit from a lift significantly. It will reduce the size of your aureolas and lift your breasts into an aesthetically pleasing position on your chest wall.3. You can combine #2 with an implant if you desire a fuller breast.Great questions! Good Luck

A lift is absolutely a must and it would include an areola reduction... but it won't make your breasts come closer to each other.  You will need an implant if you want to widen your breast width or consider fat grafting to help fill things out (but may need several sessions to accomplish goals).
