In general, there are many factors that may effect vaginal secretions but breast implants are not considered one of them.
I have never heard that breast implants can impact vaginal secretions. Vaginal secretions are impacted by numerous other things like diet, exercise, over all health to name a few.
There are NO published scientific studies that report an interference by breast implants with vaginal lubrications. You should see your surgeon just in case you haven't developed a hematoma, which may need to be drained.
A 25 cc difference in implant size will not make a big difference. Stick with what you like and what you have discussed with your surgeon. Good luck.
