I have never heard that breast implants can impact vaginal secretions. Vaginal secretions are impacted by numerous other things like diet, exercise, over all health to name a few.
There are NO published scientific studies that report an interference by breast implants with vaginal lubrications. In the hundreds of breast augmentationsI have performed I have never heard any of my patients complain of it either. I suggest you consult your GYN and see what he/she suggests in this matter. You should see your surgeon just in case you haven't developed a hematoma, which may need to be drained.
