I am a teenager and my little sister, five years old, kicked me in the breast. There is no bruising or swelling, but all day it has been a very mild, blunt pain. I think I hurt a muscle because whenever I felt that part, it hurts. It hurts mildly when I lay on my stomach as well. It is in the left breast.

The term "Internal Bra" is something coined by a very savvy plastic surgeon a number of years ago to describe taking the epithelium (the outer part of the skin) off the underlying support (the dermis) inside the line of incision instead of cutting straight through the skin in breast reductions...
Absolutely. You can also wash the sheets and reuse them.
You may notice that after each wash the adhesive may not work, but don't fret the silcone is still active.
You can use ordinary tape on top of the sheets to keep them in place.
Silicone and saline implants are both good choices and there are pros and cons to each. Silicone tend to feel more natural than saline and that is why they are more common.
