Breast Hurts for a Day Now After Being Kicked?

I am a teenager and my little sister, five years old, kicked me in the breast. There is no bruising or swelling, but all day it has been a very mild, blunt pain. I think I hurt a muscle because whenever I felt that part, it hurts. It hurts mildly when I lay on my stomach as well. It is in the left breast.

Naturally, if your kitchen the breast is bound to be sore. It is highly likely there will be any permanent injury however. If you have any doubts go see a surgeon.

If there was any serious injury it would likely be accompanied by bruising, but you might want to see a doctor if there is significant pain that doesn't improve after a few days to be sure.

More than likely you have some degree of soft tissue injury from this trauma. I would not think there would be any concern and less one breast is larger than the other. If you have any concern it is time to follow up with your plastic surgeon.

I concur with my colleagues here. Sounds like you have some "soft tissue injury". If this doesn't get any better, have your parents schedule an appointment with your pediatrician or family doctor for an evaluation.

Have your parents make an appointment for a breast check if you are still experiencing pain in a couple of days.  Sounds like you have soft tissue injury. Best wishes!
