Morpheus8 - Who is qualified to perform this procedure?

Hello, I’m 49 and considering Morpheus8. Can you tell me who is qualified to perform this procedure? I’ve talked to a meddle with a regular esthetician that performs it and others that have nurse practitioners and doctors. Is it ok to have done by a regular esthetician?
