Is this going to be an issue the day after surgery?

I am having surgery on a Wednesday. I am planning to work from home Thursday and Friday and return to the office Monday. Is it unreasonable? I work on computer all day. Is this going to be an issue the day after surgery?

You can have both eyelid ptosis surgery and LASIK surgery (at different times). Each can cause more dry eyes which has to be taken into account.

Is this ptosis? I don't know if this is a lazy eye or what I feel like I could even be slightly cross eyed.

It is pretty severe upper eyelid ptosis and likely covered by health insurance.  There are no non-surgical treatments for this.  You need to identify a fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon in your area for this.  The American Society for Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery ma...

Thank you for sharing your question. The dryness of the left eye has nothing to do with surgery on the right eye; it is a coincidence. Try using artificial tears a few times per day and follow up with your doctor.Good luck,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. The unusual eye movement is nothing to be concerned about, but you should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. The left eyelid is ptotic (droopy) and can just be monitored. Good luck,
