Question

I had HIFU treatment 4 months ago. When I first had the treatment, my skin seemed plump. Now it seems deflated. The skin seems loose. I'm confused as to what has happened. If fat is melted by putting weight on, can I gain the fat back under my cheeks or is it destroyed forever? I went to one clinic that said the muscle contracts. Please can some one give me advice as to how I can repair with out fillers.

It depends what HiFu treatment you had. Ultherapy is a guided form of HiFu and is the ONLY treatment that has the ultrasound guidance for the practitioner. This means that you can see the depths and areas you are treating. 
If you had another Hifu treatment, this means that it is unguided. The practitioner cannot see the depths of the skin. Therefore they have been unable to identify fat pockets and have treated the fat, rather than tissue, causing fat loss.

As Ultherapy has the guidance screen which scans the tissue and depths of the skin, this means you are only treating the tissues in the face and will not cause adverse reactions such as fat loss and bone pain.
