I'm of Indian origin and had 2 Iron Infusions 2 weeks ago. My skin has become darker and I see patches of green. Options? I have seen one cosmetic surgeon and one Dermatologist. The cosmetic surgeon wanted to do Pico laser and was giving me 8% hydroquinone. She did not ask any history or anything. The Dermatologist said that my skin needs to breathe and since it’s been only 2 weeks since my iron infusion to wait before I goes away. He also said that his is no classic case of Melasma and any topical agent will not be helpful.
