Bra Size After 420cc Round Silicone With Original D Cups?

hi to all i just did a ba almost 2 weeks ago having 420cc round and high profile... before the surgery i measured 34d/dd what size will i likely be now?definitely not an e cause i tried them on and most of my breasts were out.i hope the swelling went away as it is very disapointing watchin them go smaller :(or maybe just because i am already used to them and used to were push up bras. thank you
