I still have a visible red and some purple marks/ blood vessels extended around the outer rim I'm worried that it will not heal properly. It looks much worse then before I got the Vbeam

Blistering is not a normal reaction for the Vbeam, I suggest seeing hour board certified dermatologist for wound care at this point.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Healing will continue and I think you will have an excellent result.  Make sure to avoid sun exposure while you are healing and keep the area moist with bacitracin
