I suggest seeing your dermatologist.  Unless there was a specific reason for bruising the pulsed dye laser treatment should have been less extreme.  Itching is common as the spot heals.  If there is skin breakdown I suggest b5 hydrator and JanMarini Bioshield.  Best, Dr. Emer.
