Had liposuction (back)/BBL done on April 11, 2018. I'm having low back pain and my waist area is very sensitive. Is this normal?

I understand that my back had flanks and rolls, also kinda disproportionate with my waist(didn't have much) down. I like the results. I have a curve from my back and buttocks and my back looks smaller. I'm 55, very active and energetic person. I started taking Ibuprofen every 8 hours again yesterday. Please, tell me that I will be feel myself again. I feel depressed and miserable now. I let my husband oil massage my back every night but it hurts so much. Cant tolerate a garment but using spanx. Thanks
