I would really love to try Botox but am feeling rather apprehensive because I have had for a number of years chronic sinus problems. I have also been on a steroid nasal spray for number of years and basically now accept the fact I will always be plagued with sinus problems. So with regards to my medical history, would Botox worsen this condition?

Answer: Botox may actually help sinus headaches in some patients
There are a number of qualified and experienced physicians in Paris. Check with SFCPRE : La Société Française de Chirurgie Plastique Reconstructrice et Esthétique.
Usually, Botox is used reduce wrinkles of the forehead. If this is not done carefully, the brows can also fall a bit, or become ptotic. To prevent this Botox can be injected into the forehead depressors, and depending on the desired effect, I use about 4 units per side.
