Hollow indentation after Cellulaze? (Photo)

Had cellulaze procedure on butt and back of thighs 3 months ago. It has been recommended to follow up with Morpheus and emsculpt. There is a hollow indentation on my butt cheek that is pretty pronounced. Is this common following cellulaze, will it remedy on its own with more time? Are there any other suggestions besides Morpheus and emsculpt?
