How to fix loose skin from chin implant removal? (Photo)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Unfortunately, it appears you've lost the volume provided by the chin implant. I'm sure the genioplasty helped, but maybe doesn't provide as much projection and volume as the chin implant provided. I think you have a couple of options. One you could try to tighten the skin by using a transdermal approach....such as micro-needling RF or you could use something that tightens from underneath the skin like Renuvion or Bodytite. Also, I would consider adding some extra volume to make up for what you lost having the implant removed.… You could have fat transfer or HA filler to augment the chin. I think fat would be a better option, but you might start with HA filler to see if you like the effect. Hope this helps!

Hey Modestie. First of all, you look great! Unfortunately, the picture doesn't show the loose skin. But, Yes. Loose skin can be removed using your existing scar under your chin.
