Can I go from a size 36DDD to a C cup? What technique would be best? How would this affect breast feeding in 5 years? (photos)

I am 5'2, 146lbs and I have always had large breasts since I was younger. I have a relatively short torso so my breasts look even more unproportionate. I am currently a 36DDD and I would like to go to a C cup. I have blue cross blue shield of ma insurance and I believe their requirements would be to remove 370 from each breast. Would I be a good candidate for a breast reduction/lift? Based on the pictures below, what would be the best texhnique? I have round breasts that are full throughout.
