Will a rhinoplasty fix my extreme asymmetry?

Question

Used to have a normal nose, now very asymmetrical (no rhinoplasty done). I do not remember experiencing any nose trauma but I started noticing my asymmetry issues about a decade ago (older pictures of me show a perfectly normal nose) & it seems to get worse with time. I did have a deviated septum & had a septoplasty/turbinate reduction in Feb 2019 & was hoping it would help my asymmetry but it didn't at all & seemed to cause some saddle nose I didn't have before.

Hello, Thank you for the question and provided information.  Based on them you seem to have serious asymmetry and deviated septum. You can benefit from straightening procedure and asymmetry can be corrected and you can have straight and more balanced nose. when patients start out with asymmetry/deviation and subsequently undergo resectional rhinoplasty techniques without having any supportive grafting, the deformities often get worse.... you have an over-resected dorsum and tip that have yielded dorsal collapse, tip asymmetry and over rotationThe only solution is a revision rhinoplasty with structural grafting Good luck...
