I am not sure if I am too young to go on finasteride, or get a hair transplant. How many grafts needed based on the pictures if I did go that route? The hair on the top and back of head is thick, but i have noticed a lot of hair falling out when I shower, and there are many miniaturized hairs along my hairline. My hairline was lower when i was younger. I have read that it is best to go on the medication early before the miniaturized hairs disappear completely so that the process can be reversed.
