I had a crash diet from February-April and went from 150 to 125 pounds. About the beggining of June I began to notice an excessive amount of hairs falling, I have never had any problems with hair loss before this. The hair loss is throughout but most noticeable on my sides and they have gotten very thin. The last three days I saw improvement however today the shedding has gone back and I have been losing a lot today. Most of the lost strands have a very tiny white bulb at the end. What do I do?
