Burned by cutera laser excel v about a month ago. Left with 2 indented spots. What's the best way to repair these scars? (Photo)

These scars are slightest indented patchy. Clinician was supposed to remove broken capillaries. This was done at a skin spa within a plastic surgeon's office. However not done by the Dr., but her. Nurse.

As my regular followers would readily attest, I have been cautioning readers for years that, unfortunately, as you have learned the hard way, the use of the relatively expensive, fancy-named laser and RF gizmos, are backed up far more by marketing hype and social media buzz than hard science....

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. For rosacea, I like a combination approach, using lasers (ProYellow, Pulsed Dye/Vbeam, Excel V, BBL, Pico), peels and botox to the cheeks. This makes dramatic changes in color and symptoms. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
