No improvement on telangiectasia after 1 BBL and 4 Excel V treatments, why? I had swelling/bumpy reaction (Photo)

I have taken the liberty of copy and pasting my RealSelf answer to a similar question that was posed on RealSelf yesterday. You will note my comment about lack of hard science to support the use of so many of the expensive light and energy gizmo treatments being hyped and heavily marketed out there these days. This may very well be the answer to your not surprising lack of success with them.

"Broken blood vessels" or more correctly capillaries on the face and nose have been treated successfully for many decades using light electrodessication. None of the expensive, supposedly "next big thing" gizmos and other gizmos being marketed so heavily out there and in social media can match the several decades' long safety and efficacy record of simple electrodessication for this problem. You would be wise to seek treatment by a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
