RN injected 1 needle of Belatero last week in my lips & smokers line & there has been no difference other than bruising. Should I go back & request Juviderm just for my lip & marionette lines since those are the areas I requested. I don't think Belatero worked ?
Answer: BELOTERO AND JUVEDERM Belotero and Juvederm can be combined. It will be more important to use the right type of Belotero or Juvederm to correct those smoker lines, marionette lines and to increase the lip volume. For more superficial lines Juvederm Volbella or Belotero Balance will work well, for the lip augmentation and marionette lines, Juvederm Vollure or Belotero Intense work better. Check your options with your RN

Answer: Can Dermal Fillers Be Combined? Hi SS. Absolutely these two types of dermal fillers can be combined. Belotero and Juvederm are both Hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers and both work very well in the lips. Layering and using them together is not a problem. Best of luck.

Answer: Improving Lines with Fillers - Lasers like Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, RF like VIVA, Peels, Fillers, Skin Care, Face Lift, Fat Yes, you can have Juvederm after Belotero. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Combining dermal fillers Thanks for your question. The result from a dermal filler injection will depend on many factors including but not limited to: -the volume injected relative to the volume deficit/needed -the desired correction- ex: how much lip plump is desired -the level of placement of the filler (depth), and location on the face -the characteristics of the dermal filler chosen -the skill and techniques of the injector At 2 weeks you can certainly have your injector evaluate the area and make further recommendations. Belotero is an excellent choice for fine lines and for tear troughs. As a lip filler it will be limited because it is very loose/fluid, and won't last as long as other choices. Yes, you can have other brands of filler injected into the same region simultaneously or at a later date. My favorite for the lips are Restylane Refyne or Defyne- they provide excellent volume and duration, a natural shape and very natural look/flexibility with movement. Best, Lisa Vuich, MD

Answer: Belotero belotero is not the best product for vertical lip lines. I would use juvederm volbella. You can layer them. tell your practitioner to stay superficial
