I recently found out I have rosacea and got a max g IPL treatment. I have seen good improvement in the amount of flushing. The redness and brown spots are still healing. After you get these lasers done, does it destroy the blood cells? I have drastically altered my diet because of things I read online with rosacea. After IPL, can you start eating normal?
