I would like to know what is the best product for laser removal of hair on the penis and scrotum ? thank you

A cooled laser is the best for use in the genital areas.  More important than the brand of laser will be the experience of the laser operator with hair removal in that area.  In my experience it takes more visits to remove hair in the area around the scrotum and penis because the area is very sensitive neccesitating lower settings.   As long as you are patient, this treatment should be very successful.
