Okay, i got myself a device called SmoothSkin Bare it's IPL thingy.. And reading Instruction it says. DO NOT use over Birthmarks or Moles, but i have a lot of small moles on my hairy back. So i was thinking to do this. Take small pieces of paper to cover all moles on my back and do treatment? Will that be fine? or i shouldn't use IPL at all? Thanks a lot! I have done Laser treatments for now 2 will do 4 more!, it was done over Moles no problems

the reason for such recommendation is in case thos mole might be precancerous they can get irritated by light from ipl and there is a concern that they might transform to cancerous lesions. So don't do that. There are other concern too but this is the main reason

IPL is a great treatment for facial rejuvenation. It can also be used for permanent hair reduction. I have found that at-home devices are rather ineffective and I recommend professional treatments. When performing such treatments in the office we are able to avoid moles and suspicious lesions. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
