I have hair ALL over my body. Some of them are about 1/3" long and finer (upper arm, most of my back) but most of them are coarse. Since I live in a country where it's difficult to get meds (especially antiandrogens) for a 'non existent problem' (normal hormone levels), I'd like to know if IPL is enough for treating it (and how many sessions will be needed (including follow up)). My skin type is II/III and my hair is almost black. If I do need meds, will hair grow back once I get off them ?
