I had my third IPL treatment yesterday. This time my dark spots got darker and my skin has that " coffee grind appearance." I'm freaked out! How long does it take to disappear? It looks like dead skin (it doesn't hurt at all). Can I wear make up? I've wearing sunscreen, moisturizer and aloe vera.
