What is the different between Ultherapy and EmFace?

EmFace is a unique non-surgical and less painful treatment to improve shape and laxity of the face and submental area. Ultherapy was novel technology 10 years ago using focused ultrasound pulses to create tiny injuries under the skin. This stimulated new collagen formation and tightening in some patients. Unfortunately the treatments are uncomfortable and the results underwhelming. EmFace uses magnetic and RF technology to contract facial muscles and heat the tissues uniquely in the forehead, mid-face and submental regions. A series of treatments is completed. Each treatment lasts just 25 minutes, they are not uncomfortable and there is no recovery time involved. In our experience patients see and feel firmer skin and soft tissue. Fat under the chin is reduced and they are excited about the results. We often combine EmFace with other treatments customized to each patient. It is not surgery, no needles and a higher patient satisfaction than other competing devices.
