Can radio frequency from Emface dissolve facial fat? Can Emsculpt be done without radio frequency?

I am a slim person with litttle facial fat. I can see that Emface would stimulate muscles and have a lifting effect, but would the rf part dissolve some precious fat? Could the rf part of the procedure be turned off? Many thanks
