Hi - wondering if i would be a good candidate for a TT revision . Stable weight for over two years just would like a flatter stomach

Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this single side view, there appears to be a significant bulge in the mid-to-lower abdomen, as well as excess fat in the pubic area. While it is difficult to give a definitive answer without a physical examination, these findings could suggest an early disruption of your previous muscle repair sutures. 
You would likely benefit from an in-person evaluation to discuss a full tummy tuck muscle repair and lowering your incision line. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in advanced body sculpting techniques to safely determine the best path forward. Good luck!

Yes!  Given the lower abdominal wall bulge noted in your photo, it appears that the lower abdominal wall repair was either not done correctly or that the repair has come undone.  I would definitely recommend getting this fixed.

You may be able to just repair the lower abdominal wall (below the belly button) and leave the upper abdominal wall alone.  But this can really only be determined by an in-person examination.

Make sure that you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon skilled in revision tummy tucks because this is a little more challenging than the basic tummy tuck.
