I’m 5’3, 150 lbs, have 3 children that were all breast fed. I had a lift a few years ago which put my nipples in good position, but the top of my breasts have no volume with all the tissue on the bottom. I’m looking to add volume to the top and still be natural looking.

The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

The breast lift would involve a vertical incision .The internal mesh bra will help raise the breast further,
Fat grafting will increase the volume
