Hello, thank you for the question, after 6 days should not be a problem, i suggest you to contact your PS to confirm your decision.
At that point you should be ok to fly. Best bet is to be examined by your surgeon prior to flying to be sure they are happy with your progress and clear you to fly.
The highest risk for haematoma is in the fist couple of days after surgery. It can also occur in the first few weeks but this is much less common. You would be best to see your plastic surgeon and be checked again before flying. Best wishes.
