It's been about 4 months and my stomach has dents and bumps. Will I need a revision for them to go away? (photo)

Thank you for your questions and photos. After Body Tite is completed, it is very common to develop lumps and bumps as the new collagen starts to lay down. It is very important to massage any lumps that form. I recommend doing daily lymphatic massage and concentrate on the hardened lumps. Thank you for the question, you may benefit from continuing compression using a Lipo Board along with a series of Lipodissolve (like Kybella) injections. Usually spaced one month apart, these injections help give one spot fat reduction and further skin tightening. I have seen improvement after 3 injections,  sometimes even up to 6 if the area is responding. If this fails and you are still concerned over your result, then I would ask your surgeon to perform a revision procedure. Very important after surgery is to refrain from sitting as much as possible, this prevents the mid-abdominal crease/indentation from forming. My patients have used magazines, foam, and even hard back books to help with compression and posture after surgery. The Lipo Board combines the stiffness one needs along with padding. Good Luck
