Will a BodyTite or ThermiTight breast lift make breasts smaller? I am looking for a small lift without a change in size.

Has anyone seen an improvement in stretch marks after those treatments? I am 5' 5" - 127lbs - Age 32 - no pregnancies - current breast size between 32C and 34B....in the past was 34C before wight loss.

If you really need a breast lift, BodyTite is not an option.  It also does not remove stretch marks.

Thanks for your question.  Our Bodytite system here at Wave Plastic Surgery does a good job of tightening loose skin and stimulating new collagen and elastin formation.  It can be used to provide a mild breast lift without any surgical scars, but it could lead to slight breast volume decrease due to the contraction effect as well as causing some subdermal fat cells to go away.  Further, if you have established stretch marks which is damage to the underlying dermal elastin fibers, then the RF-based devices typically do not have much of an effect on those, other than stimulating new elastin fibers to develop around them.  If you just need a small lift and you do not want any volume loss, then there are surgical breast lift techniques with limited scars that you may be a good candidate for.  If you would like to learn more, please give our office a call at Wave Plastic Surgery for a free consultation!

small amounts of lifting is seen with bodytite to the breasts (1-2cm each treatment) especially when combined with morpheus8.  Bodytite will not improve stretch marks and if you truly need a lift, you'd need surgery.  To maintain the results we do threads, Thermage, sculptra, and RF treatments . Without a photo, I am unable to tell you if you are a candidate for Body Tite but here is some general information. Body Tite is a technology that uses radiofrequency to shrinkwrap the tissues. It works by stimulating your own body to grow collagen. In general, it produces about a 30-40% improvement in skin tightening. Often times, we do liposuction in conjunction with Body Tite to sculpt the area and tighten the tissues.Currently, the Body Tite machine is the best option for non-surgical skin tightening. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who has experience with the Body Tite machine.
